VISITORS flocked to the town on Sunday for the annual Sleaford Christmas Market.

For the first time in some years Southgate was closed for the occasion so that stalls selling a range of produce could fill the street.

There were also stalls in Moneys Yard as well as Riverside shopping area, the Market Place, St Denys Church Rooms and The Source.

Choirs from local primary schools performed during a Christingle Service at St Denys' Church in the afternoon and Christmas Carols were sung in the Market Place once the Christmas Lights had been switched on.
