SLEAFORD Town have snapped up Lincoln City youth teamer Will Rawdon on loan.

The left-back spent time with the Eslaforde Park outfit before Christmas and impressed manager Glen Maddison.

Now the 18-year-old has returned and, weather permitting, will be available for Saturday's home clash with Irchester United.

"He was with us before Christmas and he's a good little player," said Maddison, who saw last weekend's trip to Kempston Rovers postponed.

"Lincoln are at the stage where they want to look at their first years now so are happy for us to have Will."

Meanwhile, Maddison is targeting another three or four victories to secure United Counties League Premier Division safety.

"Another three or four wins should make us safe and I believe we can get them," said Maddison.

"We've got some winnable games coming up, although we have said that before.

"If we win every fourth game, we should be okay and that should be within us."
